Stone Cutting Machine

The Stone Cutting Machine is under PLC control with cutting dimensions set by terminal input. All the operations are executed either manually by the operator or automatically by the program carrying out parallel cuts with max 8 different dimensions repeatable up to 1999 times. The switchboard, with operation buttons, programmer and liquid crystal display on, is mounted on the right hand side of the machine. The switchboard can make the operator control the machine easily from the sawing area when the stone is being positioned. The saw is equipped with a laser illumination system to aid in lining up the cut. One of the most important features is that the blade holder of machine can be tilting from 0 to 45 degree for chamfering cutting. Therefore, the machine can be satisfied for different and special processing request. The cutting is controlled through an inverter.

The Stone Cutting Machine may cut granite, marble and other non-metallic material, with microcomputers control, simple operation, high precision cutting and stability performs. It's particularly suited to high-value and large stone slates. The working bench can overturn by 85 degree.
